At ROOT — Where Habits Grow, we offer a digital-first approach to wellness. Most of our services, including habit coaching, movement programs, and lifestyle guidance, are delivered online. However, if we provide any physical products such as wellness kits, guides, or merchandise, the following shipping and delivery terms apply.

All orders for physical products are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status. Estimated delivery times vary by location but typically range from 5 to 10 business days within India.

We currently offer shipping across India. For international shipping requests, please contact our support team before placing an order. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. These charges may vary based on weight, location, and delivery preferences.

ROOT is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, courier service disruptions, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. Please ensure all address and contact information is accurate at the time of purchase to avoid delivery issues.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is significantly delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the courier and our internal team to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Digital services such as access to courses, habit plans, or wellness sessions are delivered via email or through your registered account upon successful payment. Please ensure your contact and login details are correct to avoid access issues.
