At ROOT — Where Habits Grow, we are committed to delivering a high-quality, empowering wellness experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms for all services, subscriptions, and wellness programs.

You may cancel your subscription or service at any time by logging into your account or contacting our support team at support@growwithroot.com. Cancellations requested before the next billing cycle will stop any future charges. However, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period once a subscription or program has begun unless otherwise stated under special circumstances.

For single-session bookings, workshops, or events, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made after this window are non-refundable. No-shows will not be eligible for any refund or credit.

In case of technical issues, duplicate payments, or unintentional charges, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 7 to 10 business days after approval.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued via the original method of payment. We do not provide cash refunds. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

ROOT reserves the right to cancel any service, program, or subscription due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, or internal decisions. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to affected users.

We encourage you to reach out to us with any concerns before initiating a cancellation. Our team is here to support you and may be able to offer solutions, extensions, or schedule adjustments as needed.
